If you wanna change your windows start button you need to download a mini software named Windows 7 Start Button Changer
Process:

2. Here is a sample button to download and use:
3. After downloading, open the software
4. Click on Select "Select & Change Start Button"
5. A window will be open to brows the start button image
6. You can use the above button. SO, double click on the file
7. It will take few seconds to change the button

Restoring the button
1. Simply click on "Restore Original Explorer Backup" to restore the start button
2. Done
